Overall I had an amazing experience at Koucourek Chevrolet. Kim Haase when above what I expected to get a hold of a car that was brought in a few days before I saw the add online. I was impressed to be able to see the car before detailing and test drive it and find out if it had any kinks. Found a few and Kim was right on it getting it fixed. Even the minor rust spot that was going to cost me to repair at Yachs was done in house for no extra cost! I love my new car and the amazing 5 year roadside assistance. Mark got me in the next morning to go over paperwork and payments. These guys are very personable and great to work with. I was going to purchase a car out of the area but Koucourek Chevy really impressed me with the honesty and price point that what a bit negotiable. Absolutely an amazing experience. Being in the business myself years ago I come to expect a salesperson to be friendly in order to sell you a car. What we experienced at Kocourek was beyond that. Charlie was our salesperson and he was great. Mark Levy was outstanding in explaining all of our options as far as financing and extended warranties. What was truly great was Tom Hance who is a salesperson but didn't sell us the car. Charlie was unable to be at our closing (had a very good reason, going beyond to help an elderly customer in Park Falls). Tom was not asked to help us. He simply took it upon himself to make sure we had coffee, changed our plates, took our new car to get gas (we didn't expect that), gave us a car to use to have lunch while we waited for my wife to show up with my son's checkbook. Did I mention it was pouring rain when Tom did all of this. He got soaked to make us as comfortable as could possibly be. Found that a taillight was out and replaced it. Charlie made it back before we left. The car was used and the visors would not stay all the way up. I told him that we would take care of that. I brought what I needed to fix that minor issue. My son and I inspected the car and the first thing we noticed was that the visors were fixed. Nice touch. I love it when things are done because it's the right thing to do and not because you have to. Such a great experience. They take customer service very seriously. I have never shopped there before but I will definitely in the future. That whole crew should be very proud of the way they do business. Extraordinary.

I had to quickly look for a vehicle, as hit a deer unexpectedly and had no
backup. It was a tough situation and we were apprehensive to start looking
for another car. I had a recommendation from a co-worker to check out this
dealer. We started here and intended on looking at used or program cars. I
test drove one and found the service to be very helpful and informative. We
truly had no idea and hadn't looked at autos in a long time. From the start,
the sales team and staff were extremely helpful. We ended up deciding to
check into purchasing a new vehicle and were happy that the service and
recommendations met our needs. It was understood our situation was urgent
and Kocourek Chevy was very accommodating. It was a good experience and was
happy by the welcoming atmosphere. The outcome purchased a new 2013 Chevy
Cruze with much more than I expected. I picked up the new car and feel it
definitely was the right choice for me. I would recommend stopping buy to
see the no haggle pricing and what you find.
Wonderful Customer Service! Excellent knowledge of their inventory, and the financing process was effortless on my part. I came in with a list of cars I was interested in, and was given the chance to test drive them. Through the course of the test drives Toby really got to know what it was I wanted in a vehicle and suggested one I hadn't noticed in my search. It was the perfect car, and within my price point.
For my wife and I, it's a 100 mile drive, one way, to visit. That in itself tells you something about our satisfaction with this dealership. We've been there three times now and have always been treated with the utmost respect. Their concern for helping us with our concerns is always their main goal. I'm a hands on kind of person, knowing that they always keep me informed and involved. While all this is going on, my wife Jane, patiently waits in the customer lounge. Usually knitting. Once we had everything in order with the car, Terry set up a courtesy car for us to get lunch. Back from lunch the car was ready. After signing some papers and paying our bill, we were on our way home. Oh by the way, the car had been washed. Just another unexpected gesture. Will we go back, YOU BET!! My husband and I had been dreaming about owning a new Camaro since Chevrolet first announced the concept car. We had been looking at them for quite some time and "someday" was always the end result. We drove through their lot on a Sunday evening, as we have done countless times before with various Chevrolet dealerships... there it was, "the one." But sadly, we drove away thinking our usual, "someday." Monday, my curiosity got the best of me and I sent a request for more information via their website. I was surprised when, within minutes, a very friendly Aaron Bares called me back. We set up a test drive for the very next day. Shortly before we arrived, we were told that the car was not on the lot, it was being shown for a raffle in Weston. We drove a different Camaro and in that moment, realized we had to get "our Camaro" back! Aaron and Charlie got the car back and we took it home that night!! Greg Jensen took time from his very busy schedule to introduce me to Terry Schuett and we spent several minutes talking about the type of car I might be interested in; Terry & I spent a long time talking about the Cruze, went for a test drive and he then gave me the keys and told me to take the car for the afternoon. When I returned, Terry greeted me and he got information needed for purchase. He then introducted me to Marc Levy. Marc & I spent a long time talking and he obtained the information he needed for financing the car loan. We decided on some options which he was able to give me very detailed description of; made a decision as to when to pick up the car.
On the day I picked up the car, I was greeted by Terry & Marc; spent time with both of them finishing up paperwork and general conversation. Terry then gave me a detailed orientation to the car, OnStar, etc.
I am so very satisfied with the professionalism of Greg, Terry and Marc as well as the time the all took to make me feel comfortable and as if I was their only customer!! Never felt rushed or pressured in any way.

My wife and I came to Kocourek looking to buy a new car. I contacted Kocourek and ended up speaking to Aaron on the other end. The next day my wife and I came to the dealership not knowing what to expect. I was not sure what to think at first as many other dealers in the past were both rude and unprofessional. Aaron was very polite and made sure we were comfortable through the purchase of our 2012 Chevy Cruze. Marc levy also worked hard to get us the best deal possible. It was actually the service department that brought us to consider buying a new car from Kocourek Chevrolet. The outstanding service team at Kocourek has maintained my wife's Traverse (purchased in the Fox Valley) for a couple of years. The team's attention to detail helped make our decision to buy from Kocourek a simple one. We did our homework and decided to look at the Cruze, mainly for the gas mileage it offers. As we were looking at the selection on the lot, Aaron came out an answered our questions and offered insight without coming across as pushy. We compared the Cruze and Malibu and decided that our gut instinct was the right way to go. Aaron got us keys for a test drive and the Cruze was as impressive as advertised. Aaron was very informative and sensitive to the fact that our two kids didn't want to spend all night in a dealership. We worked out the details on the options we wanted, and then Aaron introduced us to Marc. Marc got us a fantastic rate and dutifully answered all of the questions we had. I'd definitely recommend the entire Kocourek team. When we're ready to replace our Traverse, Kocourek will be the first place we visit. I've bought a lot of cars in my life but this was the best buying experience I have had. Jordan and Mark are great to deal with. They were very responsive to my numerous questions. Of course they were friendly which is a must in their profession but they were simply just fun to be around. Very knowledgeable and I woulld encourage anyone to look them up when searching for a car.
